Model Release - Time for Print

This release refers to photographs taken of Mrs./Mr./Miss ________________________________ on _________________

at_____________________________________ by photographer Mr./ Ms. ______________________ on mutual arrangement of Time for

Prints. In consideration of his/her photographing me free a set of images of my choice and requirement; I, Ms. / Mr. _____________________

(model) in return consented and freely participated with full co-operation, agreement and understanding to his/her photographing me including

any body exposures to creatively expand his/her photographic portfolio or work. I, hereby, release the copyright and all my rights in the all

negatives, slides, prints and digitalized formats of all said the images of the photographic shoot in favor of Mr. / Ms. _____________________

who shall be absolutely entitled to publish, advertise, utilize in any manner or media the said photographs and drawing/s there from and other

reproductions or adaptations thereof, either in part or complete, alone or in conjunction with any wording for publicity or otherwise throughout

the world, and these reproductions and adaptations in any format shall be deemed to represent an imaginary person, and I shall have no right at

any time to claim any share in the remuneration, if any, Mr./ Ms. _____________________________ may derive there from.

I declare that I am a major, (D.O.B. _______________ - Age: _____________years), and all pictures taken during the photo session were

with my full consent and agreement without any coercion or pressures of any kind and I am of legal age to take such decisions.

I declare that I am the legal guardian of the minor, whose D.O.B. is _______________ - Age ________ years and I am ________________

of the above-referred minor, and all pictures taken during the photo session were with my full consent and agreement without any coercion or

pressures of any kind.

I declare that my free set of images were shot to my satisfaction. I have received the agreed print size and number of free edited prints of my

choice after actively participating in editing of the images shot in the photo session.

I declare that I shall at no time on my own or at behest of anybody initiate any legal actions or any conditions as all photographs taken were with

my full consent and understanding without any coercion or pressures of any kind, while participating fully in the creative aspects of the image

making including the wardrobe, any body exposures, moods and image contents.
