Typical Model Release for a Commissioned Work

In consideration of having received the agreed modeling fees for the photograph/s in which I am included, I hereby release the copyright and all

my rights in the negatives, slides and prints of the said photographs in favor of photographer and the above mentioned Company who shall be

absolutely entitled to publish, advertise, utilize in any manner or media or in any digitalized format or forum the said photograph/s and, or

drawing/s therefrom and other reproductions or adaptations thereof, either in part or complete, alone or in conjunction with any wording and, or

in drawings in any medium for all purposes in any manner for which he/they think suitable for publicity or otherwise throughout the world and the

photographs, drawings for adaptation shall be deemed to represent an imaginary person. I shall have no right to claim any share in the

remuneration of the photographer or the company may derive therefrom.

  • The photographer can also use these images in any and all forms of media now known or hereafter developed to promote himself..
  • One each signed copy of this document has been given to the client, agency, photographer and have retained a copy for my records.
