Model Release Agreement

(Time For Cd - Artistic Nudes)

This release agreement refers to art/figure/body/artistic nude/nude photographs taken of ________________________________________

on __________ at ______________________ by photographer ___Name__ on a mutual arrangement on Time for Prints basis. I have of my

own free will and consent agreed to the photo session with the aforesaid named photographer in helping him expand his portfolio of

art/figure/body/artistic nude/nude photography using any recording medium, i.e. films or digital or any other medium. He has agreed to shoot a

portfolio in return in digital format on the same day or the next best agreed date and to give a CD with edited good images free of cost. All

exposed materials; films or digital image files; will be his property and shall be retained by him for all times. TIME FOR Cd - means you (model)

work with a photographer who does not charge you, nor does he pay you, but you get to keep some or all of the photos from the session. As

here the investment of the photographer is more than the model where studio and equipment, the film material and lab charges are borne by the

photographer unless the model shares some costs of the photographer. Model make-up and styling is not included. This is a very well known

worldwide practice where both photographers and models work together sharing their talents in a bid to promote their careers by improving and

developing their respective portfolios, by experimenting new techniques, images or new looks/styles.In consideration of above agreed free

supply of a CD to me in which I am included. I, Ms./Mr. _______________________________ (model) hereby release the copyrights and all

my rights in the negatives, slides, prints and digitalized format of the said photographs in favor of the aforesaid photographer who shall be

absolutely entitled to promoting his career by publishing, advertising, utilizing in any manner or any media (print/world wide web/TV, exhibition,

competitions, etc.) the said photographs and drawing/s therefrom and other reproductions or adaptations thereof, either in part or complete,

alone or in conjunction with any wording for publicity or otherwise world wide, and these reproductions and adaptations in any format shall be

deemed to represent an imaginary person, and shall have no right at any time to claim any Share in the remuneration Mr. Inder Gopal may derive

therefrom.

• I declare that I am a major, (D.O.B. _______________ - Age: _____________years), and all pictures taken during the photo session were with my full consent and agreement and I am of legal age to take such decisions. Age Proof Document: _______________
• I declare that my portfolio has been shot and I have received the agreed CD with edited images.
• I also agree that I have no objection to the photographer promoting me alone or along with his self-promotion efforts on different forums to best of his knowledge and good intentions by giving a credit line wherever possible.
• (_) I want him to publish in any such forums my contact information that is mentioned at the bottom, pictures, and specifications that he thinks fit, so that any proposals of work can be handled directly by me.
• (_) I do not want him to publish in any such forums my contact information that is mentioned at the bottom except my name and pictures with my specifications, as I want him to filter any proposals of work to the best of his knowledge and judgement but the final decision of acceptance rests with me.
• I declare that I shall at no time at behest of anybody initiate any legal actions as all photography was done with my full consent and understanding with my active participation.

• I, (name of photographer), hold complete creative copyrights but have no objection to the above model posting and publishing any images from the photo session in promoting her modeling career in any forum or media that gives her a mileage. The images may not be sold for any commercial usage in any media or forum of the present or future. It would be appreciated if the photo credits could be published in such postings and publications.
