For commercial assignments dates are confirmed on receipt of 60% of advance of the agreed price of the project and balance payment on completion of the assignment.
Models, Make-up artist, Stylists or any outside service providers have to be paid either at the start of the shoot or at the end of the shoot.
All travel, transportation, boarding and lodging including fooding are to be fully arranged and paid for on Location / Outstation shoots for all involved in the project.
Companies should include the above mentioned terms and conditions while issuing of a purchase order / letter of confirmation.
